  • Returns for defective or incorrect products are fully covered by MarketPk — we’ll handle the pickup or refund shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers bear the shipping cost.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

2. Category-Wise Return & Refund Conditions

A. Electronics

Electronics can be returned within 7 days if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original box.
Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
If the item is defective or the wrong product, MarketPk will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Physical or water damage, misuse, or tampering voids eligibility.

B. Fashion

Fashion items like clothes, shoes, and accessories can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or wrongly shipped.
Refunds or exchanges are processed quickly to keep your shopping experience smooth.

C. Home & Kitchen

Home & Kitchen items are returnable within 7 days if unused and in resalable condition.
Products must include all original parts, manuals, and packaging.
If you return due to personal preference, you may pay for return shipping and a restocking fee (up to 10%).
Defective or incorrect items qualify for a free replacement or full refund.

D. Health & Beauty

For hygiene and safety, opened or used Health & Beauty items cannot be returned.
Only damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for replacement or refund.
Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for quick verification.

E. Sports, Cars & Toys

Products under this category are returnable within 7 days if unused, undamaged, and complete.
Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Used, broken, or modified items are not eligible for return.

F. Groceries & Lifestyle

Groceries, food items, and other perishable goods cannot be returned once opened or used.
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
Non-perishable lifestyle products (e.g., décor, organizers) follow the standard 7-day return policy.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund on MarketPk.com, follow these simple steps:

  3. Our team will share a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.

  4. Repack the item securely with all accessories and labels.

4. Refund Processing Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Debit/Credit card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash).

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

  • Products missing parts, packaging, or manuals may incur a restocking fee.
