2. Category-Wise Return & Refund Conditions
A. Electronics
Electronics can be returned within 7 days if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original box.
Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
If the item is defective or the wrong product, MarketPk will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Physical or water damage, misuse, or tampering voids eligibility.
B. Fashion
Fashion items like clothes, shoes, and accessories can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or wrongly shipped.
Refunds or exchanges are processed quickly to keep your shopping experience smooth.
C. Home & Kitchen
Home & Kitchen items are returnable within 7 days if unused and in resalable condition.
Products must include all original parts, manuals, and packaging.
If you return due to personal preference, you may pay for return shipping and a restocking fee (up to 10%).
Defective or incorrect items qualify for a free replacement or full refund.
D. Health & Beauty
For hygiene and safety, opened or used Health & Beauty items cannot be returned.
Only damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for replacement or refund.

E. Sports, Cars & Toys
Products under this category are returnable within 7 days if unused, undamaged, and complete.

F. Groceries & Lifestyle
Groceries, food items, and other perishable goods cannot be returned once opened or used.
